I've been watching a lot of TV these last few days while on bed rest from my bad cold/sinus infection and saw that Travel Channel is going to have a few shows on next week on ghosts and hauntings. I probably alread saw these but just in case will check it out. I think on Monday 7 pm EST Hauntings in Hotels and on Wednesday 8 p.m EST Americas Most Haunted or something of that nature. Check it out if you get the chance.
Lizzy Borden took an ax and gave her father forty wacks and when she saw what she had done, gave her mother forty-one (or visa versa).
I think the eeriest thing about the Borden house is that they've changed it into a Bed and Breckfast. I think if I stayed there, it wouldn't be to sleep and I'd have my luggage already stashed at an alternative motel in case I had to make a mad dash out the first exit.

I don't think I'd care to stay overnight at the Borden house - way too many bad vibes! The original furniture is still there - the bed upstairs and the couch downstairs. Neat, but creepy.
I forget which show it was, but they talked about an apparition in a Louisiana swamp that an early morning duck hunter saw. It was following him around! That was pretty creepy! =O

There has been more ghostly shows on the Travel Channel. They had a new one last night (03/25/02). It was about several places. The first one and the last one was the best. The middle ones were basically repeats and not very good.
The first one they had lots of ghost picts. Really good ones too. The last one was a comedy club in Hollywood where they had interviews with famous people testifying to their ghostly encounters. Overall a very good show.
I've been seeing other ghostly stuff around on TV but I never know about them till they're on so it's too late to post to the board. (shrug).
