Yesterday while I was home, sick in bed, the phone rang and I had to go to another room to pick up the phone. My husband had just left to pick up a pizza. I answered the phone and chatted for about 5 minutes. When I was finished I turned around to back to the bedroom and saw that our table top christmas tree lights were on. So I turned them them off and wondered if hubby had them on for some reason. I don't remember seeing them on when picked up the phone and passed the tree in the first place. But hey, I'm sick so could have easily missed it. Today I asked my husband if he had turned the lights on and he said no he did not. So it seems my resident ghost was adding a little Xmas cheer since we weren't here to celebrate it on the 25th.

That's sweet. Actually many cultures haven't had their Christmas yet. When I was growing up one of my friends had their Christmas around the second week in January - they are Ukranian (sp?).

Aw.. maybe they missed you two! ;-)

Connie, I think it's the Russian Orthodox who celebrate their Christmas a week or so later than the rest - it's based on an older calendar.

Pan - this makes me think of your past life in Europe (remember we thought Poland?). Hmm!
