I'm sorry I didn't realize that there were two pages.But I'll be allright tomorrow.I for got about the furniture.I saw where someone bought a twin bed second hand and there was an entey attached to it.They got rid of the bed and the trouble stopped.I hope that it is that simple.

The cleansing I did was the same as yours but I didn't do the appliances. I used smudges prayers and music of a high vibration. I went through the entire house with all the inside doors open but all windows and doors close to the outside but one. (except my basement has no stairs and I can't get down there so I treated the door from the basement to the house as an outside door. It is warped and if I open it it won't close again.) I used sage and lavender and threw in some hssop intuitively. I took Holy Oil and annointed above every door and window with oil in the shape of a cross. I made a circular trek through the house from the open door throughout and back to the open door praying and telling it to leave. I used Reiki protection symbols and Holy Water on my bed and around me. It always worked before! One was a different situation where I got an attachment from a bad medicine man's wife who I was trying to help get away from him. The other time it was just noises and feeling things around. This is persistant and getting worse.I am exhausted and I want my hubby to come home. ='( I won't tell him about this because he is on training for a new job and he WOULD come home! I don't want to jeopardise that. I'm going to try to get my mom to spend the night here tonight or I will go there.

I got about four hours sleep after daylight and still heard the thing but it wasn't as loud. It starts up between midnight and 4 am but I see it a lot in the early evening like a blur moving around. I'm about to run from anything even remotely paranormal even the message boards I go to!

Nothing new has been brought in. The computer left and came back repaired! The only unusual thing I have done is ask my guides to give me guidance and fell asleep while I was saying my prayers. Even that I asked through God and for only good. So was someone else listening??? I got a couple of dresses from Goodwill but this started way before that. Maybe I paid to much attention to it when I first saw it. I kept seeing movement in the evening and i started watching for it. I tried to get it to go to the light but it seems to enjoy scaring me and getting my heart to pound in my sleep.

Me again! I just had a thought. Hubby had been very depressed and anxious, having panic attacks and I was getting really worried about him. He went to church with me and almost ran away before going inside. He didn't want to go in. (He had even been drawing these weird doodles that looked like hundreds of screaming faces.) Really weird. I sing in the choir so I was watching him during services because he was so stressed. I saw a black shadowy thing fly off him and out the window. Could this be what is bothering me now???? He has had depression off and on for years and when the job thing was at it's worst he was doing REALLY bad. I dunno... weird and weirder!

I'm sorry this is happening to you, Bird. =( You may be right about the shadowy thing from hubby and the way his mood was - it sounds like the best idea yet as to where this thing came from. In which case, hubby needs to be smudged! Was he in good spirits when he left, or still anxious?

Maybe you should talk to your church official and see if someone could come out to the house and bless it. You wouldn't necessarily have to tell them exactly what's happening (unless they're open to it), only that you'd feel better if the house were blessed.

Do go sleep at your mother's house if this thing keeps frightening you. Since she doesn't believe you about all this, just tell her you're lonely or feel safer this way. Or what would happen if you started sleeping during the day vs nighttime? Might not help much... Could a friend come stay with you?

Thanks Kell. Actually when he left he wasn't in too bad of a mood considering he doesn't like to be away from home and me and the furkids. He hasn't been having panic attacks that I know of but sometimes he says he can't quiet his thoughts and worries about doing his new job. Before it was worry about losing the old one. He didn't seem like he does when he is deeply depressed. Then his whole face is almost blank. I can always tell. It's like the whole energy around him has changed. He is pretty unresponsive then. We had actually talked about the possibility of him having an attachment! So why did it stay here then? IF that's what it is....

I saw someone suggest to you on GhostStudy that you use mothballs to chase away spirits - please read the side of the box before you purchase mothballs, they're not to be left where you can breath in the fumes.

I'm curious if you've tried sleeping on the couch or in another bed and if they bother you there too.

Bird, I hope that things will get better soon... like today, right now!!! It makes me feel bad for you to know what you are going through. I am keeping you in my prayers and sending lots of positive thoughts & white light.

The one thing that bothers me most are the dresses from Goodwill. Not knowing the circumstances of the previous owner/wearer, I am thinking that these might benefit from a special smudging/blessing. You might try putting them outdoors overnight, to see if it makes any difference. Whatever may have come with the dresses may still be around, and it is trying to attach to you, because you are wearing them occasionally, and storing them in your closet? Could it be a deceased person who loved the lady who wore them before, and they are upset that you have them now? This is just a mental impression I am getting about the dresses... so maybe it might be worthwhile to try a couple of things with them. Show them to the dog, and see if there is any kind of strange reaction. Teddybear should be very sensitive to anything unusual about them. If he doesn't react, perhaps there is no problem with the dresses?

These are just my thoughts as they came to me, and I wanted to share them, even though they seem kind of weird. :crazy:

I haven't got any mothballs. I was afraid they were harmful to my fur and feather babies. I am pretty skeptical about that too but at 2:00am I get kind of desperate! I smudged the closet with the dresses in there and washed the dresses before that. But I have only had them a short while, about a week and all this has been going on for several weeks. My brother was going to spend the night but changed his mind! =( He is a believer. I took him to the civil war battlefield where we had that great experience together. Maybe if I call and beg? ;-) I may spend the night at my Mom's, since I can't get her to come here! I wanted her to see for herself what's going on. My friend who's a medicine woman is coming tommorow so that may help but this thing is really determined to be a problem. So tonight I may be up and online again.

Oh and it doesn't matter what room I'm in. I saw something whoosh past a few minutes ago. It gets really busy at dark and while I'm watching tv. I see it in different rooms. I tried the spare bedroom and the couch too. I even considered setting up my tent in the backyard but I figured I'd be followed and cold too. Early this morning around 3:00am it kept knocking me offline so it wouldn't matter at all going somewhere different. It just follows. I'm about ready to go to a hotel but I couldn't bring my pets! LOL

I'd be leary of the mothballs too - they aren't good to inhale for long periods and if they're out where Teddybear could get hold of them - that's disaster waiting to happen. Plus the fact it would stink to high heaven trying to sleep with that odor! yuk!

I wonder if mom won't come because she's afraid she WILL see what's going on and doesn't want to believe! Yeah, I'd call and beg your brother. ;-)

Perhaps this spirit entered in because it was drawn to hubby and his depression, but you were experiencing anxiety about the whole job thing as well. It has gained more response from you, so perhaps that's why most activity is aimed at you and that's why it stayed home!

Another thing to think about - have you been to a funeral or graveyard recently (your pastor & his wife's passing - when was that?); have you been in an antique store or around them of late? Most of the activity seems centered around your bed (?) - is it or anything about it new?

Bird, I'm just beginning to read the tarot, I have 3 decks, one of which is the Celtic Dragon deck. The book that goes with it has several different tarot candle spells. I was thinking about doing the protection 'spell' for you, but ONLY with your permission. All I'll need to do is get a few candles of the right color which won't be hard. Let me know.

Also, az and I will make a special point to be up tonight and into the wee hours if you should need to talk to someone - either here on the board, in the chat room, or via ICQ. You're on Central time, yes?

Oh, I also meant to mention - if you decide to go to the hotel, could you have mom or brother take care of the furkids? I'm thinking that Marriot Residence Inn will allow pets, but would have to double check. If not, just check around at some others - there may be more out there that do allow pets.

Bird I think the medicine woman is a real good idea.She should be abel to find out who ,what, where ,and why.Maybe she can get rid of them too.I know how you feel about what is going on and about your babies.I wouldn't want to leave them alone either.If prayer and good vibes do ant good this should stop soon.I'm still praying for you. No funerals or anything lately. No graveyards. I was becoming a lot more active in my church and seeing a lot of good spirit stuff like angel lights and helping people then *POW* The activity is anywhere in the house. It just bothers me more at night when I'm trying to sleep. I see it flitting around in the living room every evening first. A friend from church has offered to come too and bring others so I may try both tommorow but mayber not at the same time. I'm going to Mom's and take my baby dog with me. Tommorow I will try the cleansings again when I'm not already anxious and exhausted.

Kell, you have my permission to help and I won't be able to contact you from my mom's house so you don't have to stay up unless it is already planned.

This is kind of like a nightmare I had years ago where I had to take my pets and leave in the night.

Last week I had a nightmare that involved an unseen force dragging me into the bedroom while my friend was here doing a cleansing!! Yikes! I'd forgotten about that! I'll check in tommorow. I have to say I appreciate the support and love here so much!!!

I had another thought about where it could have come from. My uncle was in the hospital recently in intensive care and we visited him there twice. I remember feeling uneasy while there...

Spent the night at Mom's and haven't been home long but I left Teddy here and when to the grocery and now he isn't acting himself. Like he's really sad. He wasn't even glad to see me. I brought him a new toy and he isn't even playing with it. Usually he's leaping around like crazy and making cute noises when I come home.

Just waiting for my friend to come and help with a cleansing. I'll keep you posted. Thanks all!

I'm glad you had a more peaceful night last night. Poor Teddybear, he proably isn't used to both mamma and pappa being gone like this. I also think they can tell when something's up. I suely hope nothing upset him while you here gone! =(

I did the tarot candle spell and about 9pm MST last night and the last votive candle didn't burn out until about an hour or so ago - approx 16 hours. I didn't think they'd burn *that* long!

Well my friend just left and boy did she find some heavy negative energy areas!! In Marc's sleeping area, in my bedroom above and to the sides of my bed,where the voices came from, in the bathroom, and in a mirror that belonged to some of my stepfather's elderly family members who had died of cancer. I actually had to get rid of the mirror. I'm not supposed to think about this for a while so I won't dwell on it. Mom is copming to spend the night and we'll see how things go.

Oh she thought it was a spirit of the ghost type who liked to stir things up and cause turmoil but all the negativity and stuff with Marc and his job fears added to it.

I was talking with a lady from church who has had similliar experiences and she thought maybe the Audrey was Addriene, my pastor's wife who was killed...I wonder if I misheard the name?

My friend thought there was more than one entity and that may not have been the same as the troublemaking one.
