so be nice to me OK? I'm just feeling my way around tonight. I don't mean to sound 'flip' at all, but my kid had an odd experience this wkend. One of her friends was killed in a car accident last week and the funeral was today. She spent last night with friends to sit and talk about it and during the evening she made the comment, 'He just can't go out this way! Like nothing, for him to leave there would have to be rain and thunder and hail raining down or something!' Here in our part of the country we don't have thunderstorms this time of the year, but we had one last night! My kid told me they went out and made 'hail angels' in the yard as a tribute.

Wow - that's pretty interesting! Very cool. What did your daughter think when the storm happened? =O

Welcome to the board Shiela! I don't know what to think of your sudden storm. That would really freak me out. What did your daughter think?

Hi Sheila! Welcome to SpiritKeep! We are happy to have you! =)
WOW! What an experience those girls had!! Was your daughter frightened by it? They must have strong emotional connection to the deceased boy. This was a powerful experience for them! (I like the hail angels as a tribute... a lovely thought for their departed peer.) What is your daughter's opinion of what happened? You will have to tell us more, if you don't mind, of course. This is very interesting.
