i was told that i can astral travel and go through things only in sleep. i wished i knew how i do it and so i can do it more often instead of once or twice a month. several years ago i would have dreams of a person and when i see that person in physical form i would tell them things that others wounldn't know. but that has stop. darn.

There are several books out there that discuss OBE's, techniques, etc. I have a pretty good one, it's called "Adventures Beyond The Body" by Buhlman. Try reading up on it and you may find some great ways to progress. =)

cedarsticks, here's a New Age bookstore that I ran across this morning. They have tons of great topics to choose from, but among them is Astral Projection. There are many books for beginners as well. I thought you might like to have a look. ;-)
