Mark, There are good warriors and bad warriors. Some warriors engage in violence and war.
I was only trying to emphasize that in the reincaranation belief structure that Sundog may have lived previous lives living in dark ways. That she may now be progressing to a life where she is learning that she can be in the darker side of her being but in a non-violent way.
I didn't mean that the dream imagery was bad or incorrect. I've done similar things in my dreams. I don't adhere to a believe in reincarnation. I believe it is possible and was offering the suggestion of what might be.
I have never met or known anyone who doesn't have fear. If you live in this world fear is part of it.
I would really really really love to live in a world of love and light. I really would. But I never forget for a moment that it is not this world.
I try hard to maintain a faith of love and tolerance. Tolerance to everyones belief structures. Respect for those beliefs and the people who hold them. I don't always come through well. But I try.

Shamanism is practiced in all parts of the Earth by peoples of all colors - could be called universal . Maybe this thread would fit better in Alternative Spiritualities . Anyway , here's a link for anyone so inclined :

I put the thread back over here, Mark. I was busy 'house-cleaning' and moved it in error. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. =)
I'm going to make new thread for those links you posted. They look interesting. I'll put the Celtic Shamanism one in this forum and the medicine garden in the Love Yourself forum because it seems to have a lot of good 'healing' stuff. ;-)

I know this is old, but Mark, I was wondering if there was a good way for me to find my animal spirit guides identity. I have been reading a lot about shamanism, and have started swaying into the system. I have a hunch on what my guides animal identity is, but would like a way to confirm it (or debunk it if that is the case).
