Anyone have any thoughts on this trial? I was ready to say the guy did it until some points came up. One, he did not have any of her blood on him, and according to accounts, whoever shot Bonnie Blakely would have had some splattered on them. Two, with the scams she was running, did her past catch up with her?
Do we have another OJ trial? I have mixed feelings on this case, and was wondering if anyone had some thoughts? Tragic case, especially for the child involved. ='(

I haven't felt good about this guy since the news broke about his wife being murdered. I know he is involved on some level. I haven't been keeping up with the case in the last week or so... I didn't know about him not have spatter on him. The last I knew his GSR (gun shot residue) test came back positive - his excuse for that was he went shooting the day prior - if you believe that.
I think he was too smart to do the shooting himself, but participated in it and went thru the motions to help build his alibi. Well, it would make sense that he has no spatter if his bodygurad guy was the one laying in wait to shoot her while he 'went back to the restaurant to get his gun that he forgot', then he walks back to the car and finds her shot. He parked soooo far away from the restaurant door. Odd. :nerd: And it would make sense that he'd have GSR on his hands if he handled a gun he'd shot the day prior and hadn't cleaned it, there'd have been residue all over it.
Although I don't think he;s innocent in all of this, I'd still like to hear more about the case. I hope it doesnt end up like an OJ trial - we'd all go mad! :lol:

There is certain things you can come in contact with that will give a positive on the gsr.The woman was a real rip.I don't like to speak ill of the dead but what she hadn't done wasn't wirth doing.The way she treated him was a crime.I also believe her past caught up with her.If he did do it I believe she drove him to it.You can only get away with kicking a dog for so long then he will go off on you.The little boy is really the one who is going to pay if they convict Blake.He has lost both parents.
