Last night, my oldest woke up and came into my bedroom telling me she saw a little girl in her room. She called it "a mystery girl"
I try not to dismiss it when she says things like that and I just stay calm and let her do the talking. She described her and then she wanted to show me in a photo album... She pointed to my cousin Melanie who died when she was 2 (I was 3). I've seen Melanie on a few occasions but now Tina-Marie is seeing her? Tina described the dress Melanie was wearing and for a 5 yr old, she said some details that I wouldn't have thought of myself... The dress she described is the dress Melanie was buried in =( ... She said that Melanie didn't talk, she was standing at the end of Tina's bed looking at her with a smile on her face =O .
I don't want to make too much of this but... ideas from anyone? I don't even know if there is a way of making sense out of this... I just wonder why Tina-Marie???

Maybe because Tine-Marie is close to her age when she died?? I really don't know but I'm thinking maybe that has something to do with it. Does your other little one ever see anything? Maybe she appeared to her because she's close to her own age and knew that Tina-Marie would be able to see her???? I don't really know I'm just throwing out options here.

Tina's been a little strange (don't mean to sound mean) since she was about 2 yrs old, now she's 5. Lili is 3 and once without me even having this kind of thing on my mind, Tina blurted out "Lili's too small, she can't see them"
My own daughter has the power to make me wonder sometimes but my mother-in-law says it's a wonderful gift... If this keeps up and scares her, I'm going to smudge here even if we are moving in the next while... and I'm definitely planning on doing the other house... or should I wait?
