That's very interesting. It would be a landmark act for both the study of strange creatures(sorry I forgot the word for it) and for witchcraft.
Actually it may start a rash of anti-witchcraft actions.

I tend to believe in the explaination that when there is a water temp change in the lock waves are created that look like rolling lumps. They appear dark. They have proved this theory and that it can and does happen in water as deep as Lock Ness. This would explain a lot of the sightings of humps being seen in the water. But this also doesn't disprove that something doesn't inhabit the lake though. Whether it is there all the time, it's a ghost, or my favorite theory that time displacements occur due to magnetic and gravitational fluxes bringing something from the past (or maybe future) to this time and then back again. Which would explain a lot of the sightings people see and no one can ever find proof.
