Hi guys!
I had this strange dream the other night ans was wondering if anybody could tell me what it means. In the dream I was in a wedding, I was one of the bridesmaids. I remember get ready with the other girls in a dressing room at the place where the wedding was taking place. Then the dream jumped to the wedding ceremony. We were talking about a funeral of a friends brother. I had the sense that it was going on at the same time in the same place. Like a funeral/wedding. The weird thing is that the person that I was dreaming of that died, I have not seen or heard from in 9 years. I wasn't thinking about them or anything remotely related to them before going to sleep. Anybody have any ideas?

Sounds to me like your friend who died int he dream was checking in to say good-bye. Do you have a way to verifiying that he/she is still alive and well?
My husband has dreams like that and it usually ends up with him finding out that whomever he dreamt about had died a few days ago.....
The fact that it's a wedding/funeral makes me think that with the end of one life a new life is begining....just my thought on the matter. Do let us know about your friend?

Thanks Miss Grrl, I've move out of the area where I knew this friend but my mom still lives there and I can check with her to see if there is an obit for him. I will let you know !!

Or it could be a symbolic death. It could mean that a chapter in your life is ending and a new one is beginning - or vise versa, depending on the order in which it occurred and what part of the dream felt the strongest to you.
