Im not sure if this is where I am suppose to put this. I am also having trouble wrtiting it. I have posted on a couple of other boards and felt as if they werent taken serious. Well here goes. I have an Indian in all of my dreams. The dreams are not about him. He is like in the backgroud watching.
I feel as if this isnt normal. Whatever that is. Could he be a spiritguide? Or just another odd thing in my life?

Toni, this is the perfect place to post this kind of stuff. I think that the Indian could be your spirit guide, or he could represent something about yourself. There are alot of possibilities. Can you describe him more for us? Sometimes little details really matter. Some of the others are much better at the psychic stuff than I am and I think that this will probably lean towards that realm, I'm better at dreams.

Sure I can discribe him. He has been in my dreams for so long now its like hes part of my family. He looks like he is in his late 20s or early 30s. Long dark hair. It is so black it almost looks blue. I would guess he is around 6ft. tall. Maybe 185lbs. He has kind of a long face. Wears one black and white feather in his hair. But once in a very scary dream he wore a black and red one.He is dressed in buckskins. There is something silver that hang from them.
In one of the dreams he touched me. How is it possible? He left a hand print.
Okay maybe to much information.
Thanks
Toni

I've had many people on this site help me with some of my unusual dreams so I hope I turn around and help you. [Wink] It sounds to me like it might be a Spirit guide who has decided to make his presence known to you. This might seem pretty obvious but maybe ask yourself what the dreams were about. Could what happened in the dream and what the dream felt like be construed as a message of some kind? You might also try asking your other guides as you are laying down to sleep if they can give you some insight as to who this person in your dreams is. If this indian makes you uncomfortable you can also ask them to have him go away. I really think he is probably here to help, though. I don't consider myself psychic but it feels to me like there is a situation you are having trouble facing and he is showing you that you need to have courage. Just my opinion. [Toothy Grin] Hope I could help!

Hi Toni,

I too think it could be your spirit guide. Before I go into this much further, can you tell me - during any of these dreams that the Indian is present, do you realize you're dreaming? (lucid dream)

Toni, I think that is so totally cool! He sure could be your spirit guide.

You said "I feel as if this isn't normal". Personally, I think it is awesome and very comforting! Now you just need to find a way to communicate with him!

Before you fall asleep at night, tell yourself that when you see him again, your going to ask him who he is and why he is with you. You could also try talking to him before you fall asleep. Ask him to speak to you in your dream and then see what happens!

Don't give up too quickly. I'm sure these things take time. Oh and keep us posted on how things are going [Smile]

He could very well be your spirit guide. One of my spirit guides at least for a while (I haven't seen or felt him in recent years) is a tall indian with long black hair. He wears jeans, a red plaid shirt, and boots. Kind of somber. But a good being.

But I tend to think that this is an aspect of you. Part of you that your mind is presenting to you as an aid to get you to recognize something. What tells me this is how your indian changed depending on the type of dream. Our minds come up with some very creative ways to try to get messages subtley across to our conscious mind by using imagery. You were probably impressed as a youngster by an indian, live, tv, movies, all you needed was the image and the impression. He became an aspect in your mind of something. Since he is so prevelant in your dreams, there is probably a big message he is trying to get across to you. Pay attention to him. Even the smallest details can speak volumes.
I had a dream once that stumped me for about twenty years. It was a very disturbing dream and I couldn't recall it all. But I notice one aspect of the character in the dream, one small aspect and it clued me onto what the dream was about and it helped me release some repressed memories.
