Hi all! It's been such a long time since I have been here. Some of you may remember my spirit Rose at the house we used to rent. We moved August 1st to our new house. So far things have been really quiet and I have had no feelings of any spirits around. I actually missed having Rose around.

Well are still in the process of unpacking after 6 months of being here. Yesterday I unpacked a stuffed doll that used to be in the bedroom (where most the things happened with Rose). Soon after I could smell cigarette smoke in the house just like at the old place. It lasted for about 5 minutes and was gone. My husband and I both smelled it. So do you think it's possible that Rose hitched a ride in the doll and stayed in a packed box for 6 months? Unlikely I thought. But then again, who knows. Time and space are a different concept when you are dead.

I honestly don't think that Rose stayed packed in the box for 6mo but maybe when you unpacked the doll you unconciously thought of her and she came over for a visit. How stange, it certainly sounds like some one was visiting.

That's really cool about Rose. Was she someone you knew in life? As you can tell I'm fairly new here.
When my mom comes around she carries the strong smell of cigarettes. We can always tell when she is here.

Oh, Kim! That is weird!! It does make me wonder if Miss Rose hitched a ride. Maybe Renee is right and it was just a temporary visit. Good to hear from you!

Renee does bring up a good point.
Maybe it was just a memory trigger. That sometimes happens when we see, feel, taste, smell or hear something that triggers a memory.
It is also possible that Rose does care for you and was waiting for that moment for that connection to make herself known. Whether she just popped in to say she cared or whether she moved along with you. Time will tell.
Hopefully she decided to finally move along.
You'll see her again no doubt.
