I saw this on the Art Bell message board and went looking for the web site.
This is about a new novel coming out, a ghost story from the ghost point of view. The ghost is an 8 year old girl.

OK, I went and looked it up on the net.
I think she is actually called The Brown Lady. That is how she is listed on most web sites.
Maybe the author, or publishing house, used that pic because the story is about a little girl ghost, in a big old house. The image sort of looks like a little girl in a dress coming down the stairs.

Hey, I saw a segment on her in a TV show about haunted Savanah. She died in the house. She plays little mischevious pranks on the patrons of the house. I believe it's a bed and breakfact of sorts now. She mostly haunts her room upstairs where she died.
That sounds like a good book. I'd like to read it when it comes out.
