hello. you all look like a nice and eclectic bunch of people. I will enjoy reading your postings.

I live in the trail ridge part of the big scrub here in florida- actually, fairly near to "cross creek".

I am 50-something,divorced,enjoy the paranormal very much. I am a chef over towards the beaches and in my spare time I read, enjoy music and a little side nonsense with a pastry business. I have FUN but am very busy!

Looking forward to your tales of the supernatural!

I see there's a couple other floridians here too!

Dworf- I love the rawlins house- it's one of the best historical tours I have ever been on.
"Cross Creek" is an all time favorite book! Liked the film too.I like the very last sentence of the book..."cross creek belongs to the wind and the rain,to the sun and the seasons,to the cosmic secrecy of seed, and beyond all, to time". WOW!

Strawberry- are you near the marianna caverns?? I've always wanted to see them. Are they cool?
