A lady from another board I got to was asking me if I knew about a haunted house in Nevada where there were nuns there and they locked insane people in the attic,she wanted to know the name of the place,but I never heard of it,was wondering if any of you heard of it.

Sorry Wind. I've read a bunch of books on ghosts stories in the US. But that doesn't come to mind.

Wind, I breezed through my references here at the house, and didn't come up with anything.... but I also didn't have time to read everything thoroughly.

With such little info to go on, it may be tough to track this one down, however, I've found an urban legend, but I don't even know if it's in Nevada.

Wind, does the lady know what city the place would be in? I've found mention of a nun in virginia city but she seems to be a very gentle ghost. I've found a historic mental institution, Nevada Mental Health Institute-1882, but unfortunately no web site was listed for it. It could also be a tuberculosis asylum that she's thinking of.
