Hello!
Well, this morning the DJ Kelly K. brought psychic Sharon Capehart ( http://www.sharoncapehart.com[/URL] ) to my house. Photos are at ( http://www.wdjx.com/[/URL] ) and click on the morning show.
Shaorn went through the house and the garage and basement. She says my house is infested with ghosts. She said east, west, north and south, it doesn't matter where you turn there are ghosts everywhere here. She said she counted at least 14 today but she was just getting started. She said the house is a portal and is possibly over a vortex. She said the house is over a cemetary.
Our little ghost girl followed her around. She said the basement is their hot spot. She said the adult ghosts weren't sure about her and they thought she might be there to send them on. She said they love me because I accept them and I don't want them to move on.
Sharon was talking to me and the DJ when all of a sudden she said "did you see that???". Apparently she saw the figure of a man walk past the basement window. She got kind of excited about it.
Sharon said she is going to call her people on the west coast and get them here to investigate. They have equipment like the people in the movie "Poltergeist". In fact, on the radio she said this house is just like the one in that movie. Sooooooo.........
That's how my morning went. I can't wait for those people to bring their equipment!

Cool, Suzy! Is there any kind of a write-up about this mornings events on the station's website? All I see are the pics. Or maybe on Sharon's site?? It would be nice to read, if possible.

You should do a little research and find out more about the house being built on top of a cemetery - the library should have something, I would think. If this is the case, other houses near yours may be haunted as well. [Eek!]

Holy Cow! It will be interesting to see if this morning stirs up more activity. At least you all know you are loved. [Cool]

Any idea of when the west coast people and their toys will be by? Not soon enough i'm sure. [Nope!]

We should organize a SK field trip to your house! [Shocked]

Wow! How is that for confirmation!! You must be quite excited to know they are going to do more research on your home!

This is pretty amazing stuff and I can't wait to hear what happens next! My daughter and I have watched the movie Poltergeist at least 100 times, so we've seen all their equipment and it is pretty awesome stuff! That investigation should really bring you in better contact with your ghostie visitors! I'm so excited for you Mama! You know you must keep us posted as much as possible!

Hello everyone!
First, thank you for fixing the links!! I do appreciate it!! [Wink]
Sharon didn't seem concerned about the knife. So I didn't push it.
I don't know about a write up on those two websites. All I saw was the pics on the radio's website.
House built over a cemetary. I'll have to check about that. How would I start that search?
I have no idea when the people from the west coast will come here. But I will let you know when I do hear from them.
( sorry my dogs are growling in the garage. This is the part that bothers me the most, when I'm home alone)
SK Field Trip to my house?? Hey come on!!! Bring lot's of chairs. We are short on those at the moment. But it would be fun though! =)

Wow, Suzy!!! That is a real blockbuster of a day you had! I can't wait to see what the folks with the equipment can find. WOOHOO!!

As far as investigating the graveyard thing, I guess I would start with a trip to the county courthouse, or wherever public land records are kept, and trace your land back in time. You will probably need what is called the 'legal description' of the property, and that should be found on your yearly tax record of the house, or in your mortgage papers. It will give a Section, Township and Range location of the property. (This is how ALL land in the US is described, and from it, you can locate it on surveyors and topographic maps. The courthouse land records people will know, and so will the library. That is the description that denotes your property as
an entity of it's own, and no matter where streets are moved, or fences built, or tornadoes wiping away an entire group of homes etc., you can always locate your land.) If you run into problems finding this info, let me know, and I will help in any way I can. =)

This is so very exciting! =)

Hello Azspirit!
I guess that means a trip back to the deed place. They have those kinds of records. And I have the deed #'s and page #'s. I went back to 1903 on the land. Are you saying I should look at a map, or what? Are there special records for cemetaries? Especially ones with unmarked graves?
I do appreciate all of your advice. It will give me some sort of direction to go in.

Hehehehe! That is so cool Suzy. Getting professional help on that level. Please think about that at least some of the ghosts will not like having so much going on about them and in the house. You have to be a little careful about negative energies building up in the house. They will attract negative spirits. Especially if what Sharon says about your house is true.
Try clearing out negative energies once in a while with whatever ceremony or practice you prefer. It worked very well for me in my last place.

Prepare yourself for the gawkers. The more known your home is the more people will be driving by and rubbernecking. 'Oh look, it's that haunted house! [Eek!] .

I'm so happy that the ghosties do care about you. Life with them is so much more pleasant when you are mutually kind to each other.

Wow. Built on a cemetary?! Did she say cemetary? Or graveyard? She may have been just referring to that people were buried there at some time. Maybe it was an old American Indian burial ground. Or some other sort of thing that won't be in the public land records.

I'm also glad that you are not freaked out about all this. So many people do get freaked out.

Wishing you the best in your life and endeavors. [Big Grin]

Forgive me for my lack of attention. I'm sure you said what part of the country you live in. Where do you live?
