ok well a friend and i were sitting in her basement watching music videos and surfing the web when out of no where the power goes out in just that room we sit there for about 2 minutes thinking "oh thats great a power surge" so right as i get up to go upstaris the computer flashes on out of nowhere im sitting there im like uh.... then the mouse starts zipping around then stops on the help button on the windows start menu starts flashing there for about 10 seconds then the screensaver flashes on and says "GET OUT" then this runs across the 3 to 4 times then the lights go on and everything is normal. Whats weird is that Her screensaver was a cardinals one and it changed by itself lol i havent been down there since.

then another time about a few days after that she was sleeping ina little glass ined porch off her house she was viloently woken up by something hitting her in the stomach really hard. She noticed that she could see her breath in the room and this was in the middle of summer during a a bad hot streak we had and so the room was so cold that the windows had fogged over really bad. so she looked away from the windows ato her dog that was going crazy and hiding behind a plant in the corner. she looked at the dog for no more than a matter of seconds, and when she looked back the windows her name was writin like someone had taken a finger and wrote it in, it was also on the inside part of the window. Her house is increddibly active.

Just curious... um, are there parents living in these houses you are posting about, and what do they think is happening?

There is a computer application out there that allows someone from another place to take over your computer, including control of the cursor, etc. I know it works, because I have watched it in action... my son, who lives miles from me, can get into my computer (with my permission), and he sees my screen, files, etc., on his screen, and he can actually do work on my computer... add files, delete files, etc, and I can sit and just watch, not touching the mouse or the keyboard. All of the things you mention may have a very simple explaination that really isn't supernatural at all. Are you entirely certain that someone isn't pulling a gag on you here? It sounds like they know that you are intrigued by ghosts, and so they are making a game of it. If that is true, it wasn't very nice of them.

I have heard of that application too and have seen someone use it first hand on a computer at work. I'd be more worried at this point that there is someone that is getting into your friends computer without her permission or obvious knowledge. I agree Azspirit....that's not a very nice thing to do. [Sigh]

The message on the computer would have scared me, however I use software at work (in a call centre) which enables you, not only to monitor someone else as they use their computer but also take over the control of it. As an aside, I do some training on occasion, and this particular day I was monitoring one of our trainee's. He had obviously misunderstood what the caller was saying to him and was going to route the call incorrectly. To try and assist, I took control of the computer and had the pointer circle the correct route for him to follow. After he had concluded the call I went out to explain where he had gone wrong, he looked so confused and inoccently asked if the computer always knew the correct route a call should take!!!!!
Now that is intelligent software!
Hope you find out more about what happened that night.
