I'm the famous cheesecake queen. I have that name because I LOVE cheescake! I used to post here every day until I got a new job that had the potential of keeping me off the board. I snuck back once or twice and now I'm able to post daily but EARLY in the morning during my 15 minutes of peace before school begins.
Glad to be back, missed my "peeps" and welcome all the new friends that have joined during my absence.

Hey, do you ever shop at Costco (used to be Price Club)? They have cheesecakes for such a low price in their bakery.... $12.99 with fruit topping, or $11.99 for plain.... and they are great big restaurant sized cheesecakes! NOW, I am addicted to them!!! I know that you probably couldn't bake one that size yourself for this price. If you have a chance, do try them.... if you haven't already. We have tried Cherry (decadent!), Blueberry and Plain. They are all GOOD!
