Did anyone watch the Discover Channel lastnight where Forensic scientists analyzed King Tut's mummy and burial chamber? They believed he was murdered. It was facinating!

I sure wish I had cable, I would have liked to have seen that. I do remember reading something about the possibility of King Tut being murdered but I don't remember the details.

I missed that special but I have read and watched other programs that talked about the possiblity. It is a very interesting time in history. I will have to try to catch the program in rerun.

It was a great program. Very informative, with a lot of information I had never heard before; such as the two babies that were buried in the chamber with him. It sure didn't paint a pretty picture of two of his three advisors.
They are having a special about the murder of Julius Caesar this coming weekend that looks promising.

I have seen that one before, I believe, and I was just held spellbound by it. I have always had an interest in Egyptian history, and I do believe that Tutankhamen probably was murdered... being a boy, he probably trusted too much, and it was his undoing before he really had much chance to reign as an adult king.
