Seriously though, I have had reoccurring dreams about past lives since early childhood. I would not profess that this type of thing is proof of a past life, but it is interesting to consider.

I was a big fan of books by Lynn Andrews.

If you are interested in finding out about a past life I am sure there are a lot of books out there that would be able to help. I personally got in touch with a past life of mine that was affecting me negatively in this life by using one of the techniques in the Free Soul Ten lesson course. Most of what I have learned has come from the techniques I learned there. Very little dogma, just a lot of what I consider to be very good exercises.
