Hi everyone. I am hoping to learn a lot and start to figure things out that have been happening to me my whole life from this board! I do need to write my story and post it and as soon as I have more that 5 minutes to myself, I will!

I know that I have some psychic ability, sometimes it is stronger than others, I don't know what triggers it to be stronger, though. I also don't always know when it is happening until after. What I am trying to say is that I don't know how to refine these abilities or to strengthen them so that I can use them at will. Does anyone have suggestions of how to work on this to strengthen these abilities? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I feel that I have this 'gift' (?) and I am neglecting it!

Welcome! If you are interested in developing your abilities, a good place to start is your local bookstore. There are many, many books on psychic development. Just look for one that catches your eye and go from there. I hate to sound like a commercial because I have said this before on here, but the best book I personally found was called 'You Are Psychic'. It contains many different techniques to help develop your senses in a straightforward manner. The guy who wrote the book also offers a ten lesson course designed to be a self study or instructor led course. I am very proud of how much I have learned from it. It does take a bit more determination because it is designed to be worked on over a 10 week period. I am not the self-starting type so I did have some difficulty at first going it alone.
