I'm looking for information on the Hot Lake hauntings in Oregon. Any history on the place or any personal experiences would be great to hear.

Have you done any searching on Google? There appear to be some sites out there that mention it.. here are a couple:
Releaseme.net: La Grande - Hot Lake
Haunted Places in Oregon: The Hot Lake Hotel

Thanks for the tip Kell. I did the search but there are limited results. A few pictures and small paragraphs. I'm hoping some members here might have some stories or history lessons. I'm planning a trip in the next month and I want to be prepared.

Yes, the results do seem rather limited.

I just checked to see what Dennis Hauck's National Directory of Haunted Places says about it and it pretty much is the same thing: Ghosts of former tenants walk the empty resort at night. Footsteps on upper floors, sounds of piano and an occasional scream. Sometimes it sounds as if a party is being held on the third floor. Built in 1851 next to the hot springs, then expanded into a health spa by Dr. W.T. Phy in 1907, then the ballroom and library burned down in 1934; the only thing left is a small portion of the building next to some smaller houses.
* The hotel spa is on private property at the bottom of a large hill in the Grand Ronde Valley. Phone #: 503.963.5253

Hopefully someone else will have more for you, but this seems to be the only info available about it - at least that I'm aware of! [Wink] Good luck and let us know how your visit goes.
