When I was a kid and in the Boy Scouts we often told a tale around the campfire about "The Butterfly". It was told in a manner as to supposedly be true and happened here in Arizona.

The Butterfly in short is about three guys who enter a cave and the first two dissapear at different times and as each one does a large butterfly appears with the head of the first one to dissapear and then the heads of both.

I'm just wondering if anyone has ever heard a tale similar to this one. I think that this is just a campfire tale, but as kids we sure enjoyed telling and hearing them.

I haven't heard of this one. Creepy!
