Hey guys. Just introduced myself. But I'm already gettin' demanding...hehe

In the Summer of '04, myself and five others will be going on an investigation raod trip to kinda start off our group. We will be traveling through the states of: Oregon, Washington, Nevada, California and Idaho. Well, obviously, I need places to go! If you know of any haunted places, please please PLEASE inform me of them! I'm beginning planning WAY early so everything can be ready when we go. Also, if you live in any of those states, I could really use some friendly contacts. Thanks everyone!

That's great you're planning this trip well in advance! =) I'll look through my Directory of Haunted Places book for the more notorious haunts in those states and get back to you.

Wow, actually, I think it would be easier if you narrowed down what cities you'll be close to when travelling through each state, because there are tons of possibilites.

You might also want to pick up a copy of this book - it would be helpful to you.

Hi Wizgurl,

I don't know where your planning on going during your trip but I thought of Calico Ghost Town[/URL] in California and Virginia City[/URL] in Nevada. I've seen good ghost pictures from both of them. I went to Calico once, though as a child so I don't remember a whole lot but I do remember it being really neat. Don't forget The Whaley House[/URL] in San Diego, Ca. Old Town in San Diego is very intersting anyway. And of cours The Winchester Mansion[/URL] in San Jose, Ca. If you get a chance to go to any of the missions you should make sure you see those too. I don't know about catching any ghosts there but they are really neat places, I went to the one San Juan Capistrano a long time ago.

Hey Wizgirl! That sounds like TOO much fun =)
It IS good that your starting to plan now. You'll be able to make sure that you guys have everything you need! I'll be on the look out for any haunted places in those areas. Although as Kell said, specific cities would be easier to do searches for. I'll post anything I find!

Okay, I've posted a couple times before, but now I really need to buckle down and get some help. Here's a recap: This next summer (Summer '04), 5 friends and myself are going on a Ghost Investigation road trip through Oregon, Washington and Northern Cali for sure, and maybe Nevada, Idaho and the rest of Cali if it's worth our wild. This will be the kick off of our forming of an investigation group. We will be stopping at as many locations as time permits. The thing is - yes, I have found several locations on the internet, but they are well known and have probably been investigated a hundred times over. I REALLy need evryone's help! I need locations! Even well known ones, but not-so-well-known ones too! I also need people who are willing to be contacts for our road trip. It'll be good to know people in places new to me.
