Was watching a program about the St. Valentines Day Massacre in Chicago in 1929 on THC and I was thinking about what I'd seen on another show regarding paranormal activity with the site. [Eek!]

The warehouse in Chicago where this occurred no longer exists, but people in the area have reported strange activity and unusual sitings - I don't recall just what those were.

After it was torn down the bricks were sold and some person or persons who bought these bricks claimed to have some strange things happen. I don't recall just what those were, but one guy I think returned the bricks. [Shocked]

Perhaps the weirdest of all is reports by people walking their dogs past the site who say that the dogs will act very strange, scared and agitated. Supposedly the connection here is of a dog that was in the warehouse during the shooting. This dog belonged to a worker there and it was so traumatized by the event that it had to be euthanized. [Shocked]

Does anyone particularly anyone from the Chicago area have more info on this?

Those are great links, Renee! Helps straighten things out. I had heard that the bricks wre sold to that guy in Canada and ended up in the men's room at a night club. hehe I believe it was on a History Channel show I saw some time ago.

Yep, it wouldn't surprise me that the land where the warehouse was has some bad vibes that at least dogs can sense.

Yeah the bathroom thing gave me a giggle. Targets were put up so men could take aim. [Laughing] What ever floats your boat, eh?
