Before I explain this is would like to say I was honestly in denial of what I was seeing and hearing in my apartment. I would make excuses to not scare myself until a few years ago things started to happen that I couldnt explain. For one at times there are cloulds of smoke that appear randomly in my apartment and then vanish a few seconds after looking at them. There something that walks up and down only the first part of my stairs and half of the hallway which strikes me odd. For the longest time I thought it was my sister until one night I asked her about it and she said its "some older women" (ghost of course) that roams out apartment. Things like this don't bother her at all. She told me she didn't tell me about it because she didn't want to frighten me. I'll admit the presence of the woman is not bad but it's still weird. I'll post more about this later I am at a friends house right now.

I think the best believers of us all are skeptical. We should not jump to the conclusion that everything we see or hear is paranormal - that helps to confirm that spirits/ghosts/guides are real. I'd go further that just try to explain away what you see - I'd even have the wiring checked and clean the furnace vents (maybe puffs of dust) before I'd say "yeah it's a ghost". [Laughing]

Is your sister older or younger than you? Sometimes the younger you are, the more you see and hear. Maybe she can give you some details that you can check out - who was the previous owner of the home, was anything on the property before your house, etc.? If she discribed the older woman, maybe you could go through an old photo album to see if it's a deceased relative.

Keep on questioning - it only helps you reach the correct conclusions.

Also, when you see these puffs of smoke, have you been near enough to one of them to feel or smell anything out of the ordinary?

Connie is right, keep on questioning. [Wink]
