I think that your talking about the Winchester Mansion[/URL] in San Jose, California. The family of Sarah's husband, William Wirt Winchester manufactured the famous Winchester rifle. After the death of her husband and daughter Sarah became convinced (with the help of a psychic) that the spirits of people who were killed by Winchester rifles were getting their revenge.
