Okay, Bravenet is driving me bloody mad - they just did an update of their services yesterday and it has managed to dump all of the ghost pics in the album back into a private folder and won't let them out!

At any rate... here is a photo that dfdl530 sent and wanted to share with everyone. Brown Orb & Friends?[/URL]

Kell, I would like to thank you for posting my photo. Sometimes its hard to get someone to look at your photos and even harder to get input and advice. Im Still learning and I've learned alot from your site. Thank you agian dfdl530

That orb surely does look brown. It's a gorgeous location, do you know the history there? I think too that you may have found the reasone your horse doesn't like the place.

Renee, Donner Summit is a pass across the Sierra Nevada, named after the ill-fated Donner Party (1846) - so, plenty of sadness, death and despair around there, I would assume. =(

Hi everyone thanks for your thoughts. The creek in the photo is rightfully called Rock Creek. I dont Know if anything happened right there but close by are some very old mine shafts abandoned after the gold rush. I snaped some new photos today with a 35mm Ill let you know if I find my brown orb agian. dfdl530
