I recentley taped this True story about some ghost of some children.who many years ago, where stalled in a school bus on the train tracks..after all these years any car(and they tested it live)that stalled or tested it stoped in N shift, these children would leave there little hand prints all on the back of the car, and you could see the car being pushed over the tracks.THey made a point of showing you there were no hills going down....It was sad because they are small children..But sweet in a way, because they are saving lives..

According to Snopes, the phenomenon in some locations (such as San Antonio) is caused by a slight incline at the location of the tracks, causing a car on the tracks in neutral to roll due to gravity. It's an interesting legend nonetheless, and maybe it's true, somewhere out there!

What a charming story. I curious to know where it is too. They filmed hand prints on the cars?

Kevin, I have also heard of such places where there is the optical illusion of roads that appear to be level and yet cars roll on them or where cars appear to roll uphill. At Knott's Berry Farm there used to be a "Haunted Shack" where employees take you on a tour of the place and demonstrate some amazing optical illusions.

I remember that story. I saw it on the Sci-Fi channel years ago on a ghost program. They put talcum powder on the back of a car and it had what appeared to be small handprints pushing the car away from the tracks. But they also explained that the spot was indeed on a slight slope, but visually you can't see it. It's an optical illustion that the surface if flat.
