My best friend moved back here from Florida. For awhile she lived with a male friend. When she had all of him she could take she bought a house about six blocks from me.She didn't tell me anything about the place untill I said something about the bad feeling I got there. The house had went through several owners in the last few years one of which was a young couple with a baby. The man was heavy into drugs and one day he went nuts shoot through the floor killing his wife and young child. When he found out what he had done he blew his brains out in the upstairs bedroom.I helped her do some work on the house and who ever cleaned up after the tragedy did not do a very good job. There was small amounts of blood all over the house. My friend had lived there for a few monthes and we had heard and felt very desturbing things.Mostly from the basement. Then my friends son came from Florida he was sleeping in the room in the basement. He had only been there two weeks when he overdosed in the same room the woman and baby died in.His heart burst and he bled out on the carpet. The blood never dried. We tried and tried to dry it up and get rid of it but it would not dry up.My friend passed away two years ago and the house has had at least two owners sence then. Do they have to disclose things like that when selling the house? I am so sorry about the loss of your friend. And such tragic events that surrond that house. It's terrible!

The house I lived in 5 years ago was very, very haunted. It was in an older neighborhood, & everyone else who lived on the street were widows in their 70s, & 80s who'd lived there for decades.
We called in Widow Lane. Anyway, we noticed freaky things going on in the house, & finally asked one of our neighbors if they knew anything about the people who used to live there.
One lady refused to talk about it at all, which was a red-flag to me. Another lady finally broke down & told us, but only after we asked her repeatedly.
She told us that back in the 1940s, a man lived there w/ his wife & daughter. His brother was having problems w/ his wife & moved in w/ the family. Well, one night, the brother just snaps, killing the man, the wife, & lastly himself.
The little girl was the only survivor, & she was sent to a orphanage.
When we found out, my first question was why the owner didn't tell us.
The answer is this: We weren't buying the house. We were only renting. He didn't have to tell us even when we asked.
Grrr!
