hello everyone

i just returned from a local cemetery tonight and caught some unusal pics with my Sony Dsc-F717 digital camera, this camera is awesome!.. in most of the pics of the Milton Cemetery there are some very bright orbs and a shot of a strange light hovering above a grave.

Hi Simon! Simon of the sinister kind, that is. [Wink]

Looks like you got some good orbs - I particularly like the really bright one in 023! I also like 005. (Should I add them to your collection on the ghost photos page? I'll still be putting your others up. [Wink] )

As for the strange light above the grave in 037, that very well could be a moth or flying bug of some kind. The flash can reflect off the little buggers and make it look like an orb in motion or other energy. [Sigh] In fact, I'm leaning in that direction even more so, because the intended area of the photo is out of focus, whereas the 'light' (bug) is in focus.

Thanks for sharing your new photos with us! =)

thanks kellkell
i think your right, about it being a bug, but the intensity of the orb 023 is just awesome, and if you look closer you can see 3 others in the pic.. if you look at the ground there is sowething there that looks like an orb but it casts a shadow ont he ground..

and yeah, you can add them,.. thanks

Ooooh, I see the shadow! [Shocked] Are you certain there wasn't something like a reflective marker on a stick sticking out of the ground in that location? (just need to think of all logical possibilities!)

WOOHOO! Yeah, it's a good thing to go back and check the same areas over.

Keep up the good work! Oh, and don't be shy about snapping a few in the daylight hours - you might be surprised. [Wink]

ok, we combed the areas and found nothing that would reflect . I will buy the fact that the odd shaped anomolies are bugs, but could someone show me a pic of a bug that looks like an orb , like the orb in pic 023.

ive also got back my film and found this one http://community.webshots.com/s/image6/9/92/36/82699236ieymxe_ph.jpg[/URL]

**Edit: I just changed that from an image to a url because I don't think webshots allows remote linking (the image wasn't showing up). Kell

Hmm... I was able to see it a minute ago, now it won't come up. [Sigh] Is that latest pic in a private album, perhaps? It's a great orb shot - very bright!! [Cool]

And hey, I don't doubt the orbs you've captured. I hope that's not what you think. Glad you didn't find anything reflective where that one orb with the shadow is! =)
