Has anyone been watching the old re-runs of Dark Shadows on Sci-Fi?

That is one of my favorite all time television programs which ran from 1966-71. Most unusual one ever IMO; a day time soap with a gothic horror theme. =)

While visiting my cousin in the Seattle area I found a copy of one of the videos in a nearby library and we watched it. =)

I used to watch it but don't anymore. It's kinda hokey today. But my mother adored it.

I remember that show. But, I haven't seen or heard about it since it was on TV regularly years ago. It's kind of a blast from the past, isn't it? Guess I am with Pandora, tho... I like the newer, more scientific stuff best.

Funny I was just thinking about Dark Shadows today. My younger brother and I would spend the summers at my grandparents. TV was not encouraged but my grandparents had to watch General Hospital (1/2 hour, filmed in black and white, way b-4 Luke and Laura) and we got to watch Dark Shadows.

I saw it on some cable show a few years ago and cannot believe I actually sat through it. Found it very tedious to watch.
