After all these years of doing research, after research...Its came out a couple days ago..That it has long sense been nothing more than just A Story..Was said that the man that made him up recentley passed. So inturn the family(his children) Said it was time to tell the public that their father made the HoAx up in the 50's.. I cant see where he got the Imagination?? The one really good tape thats been around forever "where from a distance, you see-him walking.And swinging his arms. Was in fact a woman..And the guy filming that paticular one had no idea That this was staged! Any way i thought it was BOLD, To Mis-lead Trillions of people for some many years..The son, of the man even showed the first "Big Foots..feet and showed how they were worn..And diffrent areas where he carried out The Tale...So basically its been one mans imagination since the 50"s... he took it to his grave..And his family is now speaking out.. Weird huh?

Well, this man may have hoaxed this particular footage, but 'Bigfoot' has been sighted all around the world and is still believed to exist.

Thats true, i mean ive heard about the sightings all around to. Thats why I kinda freaked out when these people told of there "passed" family member..

I've herd some storys and such but I also live up here by the redwoods so its a big topic here. I certainly believe that Bigfoot exists. We are always learning something new about the inhabitants of our world. Just recently, my husband heard about a new octopus-type creature that has teeth instead of suckers on its tentacles!!! How's that for scary? This world has alot of things that mankind doesn't know much about, and I think that Bigfoot is one of them.

Bigfoot is illusive, but maybe someday we will actually have some proof of his existance. It is odd that there aren't any skeletons... but, maybe their bones decompose much faster and more completely than human or animal bones?? Anything is possible.

Well you know the bone thing agian when was the last time you found dear bones in the woods or bear bones for that matter I live in a vast forest and I have yet to come accross bear bones so where do they go? I asume they are eatten by animals bugs and weather. I wonder alot about that any ideas ?? df

I've always been torn on this topic. There is part of me that thinks that it really is just a myth. Then there is an even bigger part of me that thinks that there really is something to it. I have to agree Mare, to this day we are still finding new and different types of animals that up until this point, we had no idea exsisted! So the possibility is there!

dfd you made such a good point...when was the last time anyone has come across deer bones or bear bones just lying around. So why would we assume that we would just be able to run across the remains of a "Bigfoot"? Although it would be helpful in settling this debate.

Mare, saw an article that actually posted a picture of that octypus/squid. (I forget which it was) It was definitely scary and HUGE! I'll try and find it to post.

Hey I have never heard of that wierd octupus thing you speak of... , but Trin was the pic on a web site? And if you remember the name, could you post it? I would really like to check that out. It sounds majorly creepy.

Hey i remember reading about the sqid yuck.
Like azspirit said anything can happen.I even heard the other day the loch ness(sorry spelling) was another made up tale.Some things are just meant for us to not understand.

My first sighting of Big Foot ,I was 9yrs. old.
I saw him over the next 12 yrs. at different times & places.I beleive he is a spirit, I've seen him pass-up and over a fallen tree(hurricane). I saw him evolve from a 7ft. black shape covered with long black hair(not fur) to a human shape covered with black hair. I've had Big Foot appear where-ever I might be (usually where I shouldn't be). I was mortally afraid of him ,but; he never tried to harm me. years later I saw a documentary on Big Foot , the creature was exactly what I had seen many yrs. before,so yes! I beleive he exsists!

Bigfoot type animals have been being seen for centuries. These creatures are even in old First Nation ( Native American ) stories and were supposed to have been fought by Vikings in Vinland when they first came to North America. This individual was a confirmed hoaxer and I believe the biggest hoax of all was the one he pulled when he made the story up.

Hi all, I've never seen bigfoot but when my husband was in his late teens and camping in the woods of central Montana -- way deep in the woods-- He was alone sitting still fishing at a creek when he smelled something horriable sort of a body-odor skunkie smell he started looking around and saw a very tall creature, around 7 feet tall, come out of the trees. In shock he stood frozen and just stared after about a min of watching the creature looking around and walking towards him he saw bigfoot sniff the air and look right at him apparently he was downwind of it and it had just caught his scent! Bigfoot turned and ran off he said it was the fastest thing he had ever seen (on 2 legs)3 or 4 steps and it was back in the trees and out of sight. He went over and measured the distance between strides and it was 5 feet between the foot prints (that was just at a walk the running steps were to hard to find as there was a lot of dead fall in the area) Then he went to the trees and saw where branches had been broken off when the creature ran through the branches were like 6 foot off the ground!! eeks Anyway when he got back to camp several of the backpacks had been torn open and the bags they hung in the tree (so the bears won't get it)were torn down and gone through every one blamed each other. My husband never said a word to his friends he knew they wouldn't have believed him anyway! Kinda weird don't know as I would like to run into one on his own turf. P.S. He tells me the thing that cinched his belief that it wasn't a bear was that the rope that they used to tie the bag in the tree wasn't chewed it was pulled in two and by one of the bags was a huge hand print. The smell of the thing was worse than anything he said it didn't smell like a bear ,elk, or moose does, it was different and worse.

The bigfoot myself and three others saw when I was 9yrs.old,had no odor, When I was 23yrs. old I finally saw bigfoot's eyes they were like two burning coals. Bigfoot could levitate, communicate with your mind, change shape, at least the one I saw could. Animals were afraid of him, one dog got to close and was torn to shreds.
He never tried to harm us in fact he was like a guardian keeping me out of certain troubles. Of course it was hard on my dates . they would get scared off sometimes. The last time I saw bigfoot I was 23yrs. old. Since that experience, I've become phsyic about death. I have been called a death angel. I really don't appreciate this "gift" Also phsyic dream visions. Discern spirits and ghosts. I have been attacked by invisible evil. See auras. I don't know if Big foot had anything to do with this or not. Oh Well! .............. Sweden/Spirit
