Late night before last (approx. 3am), after Mare and I got off the computers and went into the TV room - and Dad had long gone to bed, Mare remembered that she had seen a very bright (white-hot) light that darted around in by the computers earlier while I had been away in another room. I had seen something like it before in the same area, so she was telling me that she saw it again. It's not unusual for us to see these things around here, but we always take note of it - especially when both of us witness something, even at different times.

At any rate, after she told me this, I was being silly and said to her - kiddingly - "naw, it was just <insert skeptical comment>!" LOL We laughed about that and seconds later a very odd noise came from the kitchen! There was a cooking pot from dinner and a ceramic soup bowl sitting in the sink, both with water in them to soak. There was also a spoon sitting in the soup bowl. Well, it sounded as if someone had taken hold of both sides of the soup bowl (the rim) and rocked/rattled it back and forth in the sink about three times! It was very loud and not just one thump (if it had just slipped a bit in the sink). Nope, it had to have been moved!

Mare and I looked at one another, dumbfounded. "What was that!!?" Then I got up and went straight to the sink. Nothing was moving - the water in both the pot and soup bowl was as still as could be. I looked around to see what else could have caused a noise like that and found nothing. It sounded exactly like a soup bowl being rattled in the sink - with spoon and all!

After a bit, I wondered if maybe whoever/whatever did that might have taken offense to the "<insert skeptical comment>" comment. Hmmmmm.... makes you wonder! I took some pics not long afterward and out of 12 pics, only the next to last pic had much of anything - 3 mediocre orbs in the TV room.

Kell, your lucky you didn't get hit in the noggin with the pot, I got whacked with a bottle of body lotion...........Lavender Mare! LOL Relax!
As I've said before, don't question the paranormal, you might get surprised. But this is no fair taking it out on us? LOL

Sounds like your ghostie wants you to know that he/she is there. I wonder what it was thinking at the time... "I flashed my light orb but they just shrugged it off. Let's rattle this soup dish next..." Maybe he wanted a thread posted on SpiritKeep! =)

I'm beginning to think I'm one of the few here who doesn't have a ghost in his house. I have to hit haunted restaurants and sandwich shops to get my "fix"!

It looks like our friends are starting their own take away business sorry I couldnt resist,
or maybe its a band banging around. There certainly seems to be a lot of activity lately and it all seems to be linked. I've been having some really weird dreams lately too
