Excellent movie coming to t.v. this Friday at 8:00 on TNT, The Gift. If you haven't seen it yet, you have to watch it. Starts out a little slow but keep watching, it gets much better! Great, great ending!!!!

I loved that movie. Cate Blanchett is not only a gifted actress but she's a knockout. Ever since I saw her in Elizabeth. Something about her.

Yup it's on tonight, cant wait!! I agree Nakis, she is a very good actress! You can drool over Cate and I'll drool over Keanu Reeves even if he does play a jerk in this...proves he's a good actor I suppose, sigh!

I have to agree, that was a great movie! I didn't watch it last night, but my husband and I rented it a few months ago.

Cate Blanchett is beautiful! I have to say, she looks even more beautiful in LOTR (Lord of The Rings.) As far as Keanu goes, all I have to say is mmmmmmmmmm he's dreamy! Even playing a complete creep he can still be absolutely gorgeous!

It was shown again this morning and since you guys gave it good reviews I watched. I liked it too. Did any of you guys guess how it was going to end? Hubby and I were at the kitchen table watching and he has seen bits and pieces of it clicking through channels (it's not his type of movie) but I had never seen it. When Cate first met Katie Holmes and was introduced by Greg Kinnear, I told hubby what was going to happen and who was going to be guilty. That put a competitive edge on so we both had to watch (him mostly to prove me wrong) but =P , I wasn't. Too bad there isn't much calling for guessing how a movie is going to turn out.

Connie, my daughter Jenny guessed right away who the killer was but she does that a lot. Still, I was so shocked when she knew practicially from the beginning. I didnt tell her if she was right, made her find out for herself. First time I saw it I had no idea. I figured it wasnt Keanu Reeves because he was too obvious. I was leaning more towards Buddy so was I surprised at the ending! Yup very good movie! Glad you liked it.
