I think it's also known as Shambala unless we are talking about two different things here.
I don't know much about it, but I understand it's suppose to be some mystical place far beyond the Himalayas or somewhere in Asia. In which culture does the legend originate?
I read somewhere that certain holy men have the ability to travel there by means of astral plaining.

You know,I've tried Astral Projection...tried to medidtate...tried being hyptnotized(spelling???)anyway,they just don't work w/me & I'm an insomniac to boot!I would love to get out of body!As it stands I'm a prisoner of a mind that won't shut up even when I'm exhausted!Very interesting topic though! ![[Sigh]](graemlins/ohwell.gif)

I once had a dream that I was in some sort of cave,and in this cave were all kinds of auto parts.There were people sitting around bargaining with customers over these parts.Pretty wild ha? I thought so,until I saw a program on TV talking about a cave in----of all places--FRANCE- ,that was filled with people selling around selling auto parts. Never been to France!!! I don't think you need to go anywhere to be in a strange exotic place.Just lay down and go to sleep.You travel to exotic places every night in the comfort of your own bed ,Baby cakes! It takes time to go from A to Z. Time (is) space. Space (is) time!!! there is no distace between A and Z ,only as it relates to time! There are no millions of miles of space,only millions of miles of time!!! Your mind can tranverse it all in seconds,only you don;t realize it just yet! You don't need space ships to travel anywhere ,just an open mind! Open your mind ,and dream your way to a greater reality.
