Forums · I'm Back finally!!!

After finally getting moved in about a month after buying the house... had to rewire 90% of the electrical first, going through a subsequent PC crash losing all my links to this site and others, becoming a self made "Tim Allen" from the TV show "Home Improvement", and the bathtub episode, (yeah I'll just rip that old tub out and put in a new one in no time) LOL, the sewr lines clogged, spending the summer looking for work and squeezing out a multi-state road-trip vacation with my wife ( that we really could not afford but both needed) I finally stumble across the site link and I am back. Just wish I could remember who I was before. One thing I have learned about this house ... nothing is an easy fix. But its ours (and the mortgage companys) and we aren't out in the rain. Anyway I hope everything is well with the site and the Moderators and owners. Been an adventure here. I have not done much picture taking since my last visit seems being a home owner of a fixer-upper has something to do with that.
Anyway good to be back.

Hi Alan, and welcome back!!!! We missed you, and I hope that you will be coming by regularly again, now that things seem to be down to a dull roar at your end! LMAO You have really been through alot! What a summer, eh?

If you ever lose your links to us again, just remember plain ol' 'http://spiritkeep.net' will get you back to the index page of our site, and you can click on over to the message board from there. LOL Or, we can make you a note to pin to the front of your shirt that says "I'm lost. If found, please return to SpiritKeep" =)

I am just glad you are back, Tim Allen skills and all!! =)

Thanks. if you don't see me for a while just send out a search party. Just got some great news ... I Passed the postal exam. Which means I can become a full fledged Postal carrier instead of a temperary relief carrier. hmmm decisons decisions do I want to go from a parttime on-call 11.55 salary to fulltime regular route 15.50 salary job. will have to think about it a bit.

Welcome back, Alan! It's good to see you again. =) That's a bummer about all that's wrong with the house, but I'm glad you're happy with it.

Congratulations on the postal exam!

Let's see - go postal/part time vs. go postal/full time - oops, I mean - part time postal carrier vs. full time postal carrier. That's a real hard decision and CONGRATULATIONS!

Az,
That should be your next t-shirt design "I'm lost. If found, return to SpiritKeep" (addy in small print) - I'd buy one!

It's good to have you back Alan! What a crazy summer it sounds like you've had. I know all about living in a fixer upper....and yes....there always seems to be more that needs to be done. [Wink] It's all worth it in the end though!

Congrats on the postal exam!!!! Keep us posted on how that goes. =)
