I just purchased an electromagnetic Field Detector. I was if anyone has insight on how to use them correctly, or any tips.

Well, I know you need to be sure where all the electrical lines are in the area you're investigating, otherwise you're in danger of picking up false readings (something other than ghosts, in this case). I believe this also applies to microwave and cell phones - magnetic fields.
