Hi everyone, I am new to this board. I have only posted at one other board, I posted here in the ghosts and spirit section, but havent gotten many people to respond. Oh well, I have gone through so many phases of confusion in the past few months, and finally I got some answers about what I have in my house. Anyway, I have photos that I am still trying to examine and figure out all the faces in the photos, I know that I have 3 "people" here with me, I have a grandma (related) and uncle (related) and a 7 year old little boy named Danny that has no relation to us but has died her in '72 and "loves being here with my girls" my 3 children are able to see them, but they see many more than 3 (many more at times), I had a session with a medium and was SO floored by what he told me and by the personal things he told me and how completely accurate he was. Maybe any of you here can help me out and let me know what you think about my photos and please give me your opinion!!! I want to mention this though... I would say 98% of the photos that were taken were taken when my children saw something in the beginning when we didnt know anything about what was going on. They would see something and say "take a picture there" The photos at the end are edited photos from people that have seen things in the photos and sent them back to be through email to let me know what they thought! When you click on the thumbnails... each photo is captioned to let you know what was happening in the photo. There are also about 11 in the middle that are perfectly normal...just because I was asked for indoor and outdoor norm pics to let people know how my camera takes!

You've got some great looking kids there but I am overwhelmed by the number of pictures that you have. I'm still looking and reading the captions but I know nothing, other than the things that you've already pointed out in the captions, that could cause these.

I am curious if there are other things happening in your home other than the cold spots that you noticed. Also, have you tried to get any EVP or did the Medium offer any advice on how to clear your house?

I'd love to comment on all of your photos, Jennifer, but I think it would be a bit easier for all of us if you chose a couple at a time to focus on. Overall, they are interesting! Many seem to have the same blurring effect... but, I don't know if that is caused by the camera or not. I think in some cases, no. What kind of camera are you using and have you ever taken pics with another brand/type besides the one you're using now? If this is a 35mm, check them against your negatives - do the same anomalies show up in them?

All I can say is "WOW" Ghost Grand Central Station. Bets this would be an awesome house to investigate... makes me wish I was part of a team going to spend some time taking closer looks at the photos. Will let you know if I find anything more revealing than they already are. again "WOW"

I stammered a whole heck of a lot looking at your pictures. For two reasons.
One. Those pictures are incredible. In picture 36 there is the most incredible picture of a face I have ever seen in the upper left hand corner. The eyes, the mouth, the head, it's so well defined. It reminds me of haunting I had as a kid. Scared the heck out of me.

Two. Your kids are so incredibly cute. They are adorable.

In my totally unprofessional opinion I'd say you have more than a dozen spirits in your house. Some of them seem to have lots of energy as indicated by not only all the mist you getting pictures of but the distortions in the pictures. I'm betting an EMF meter would go crazy in your house.

What beautiful children... I was brought up being told that it was the energy of the very young that attracted the spirits to keep company in a particular place. Perhaps your children are the draw and the joy of these ghosts?

Just curious... do any seem to follow you about? Out of your home I mean? AT times I've know them to tag along after the people they are at the moment attached to.

Well, I have to do more looking but I could clearly see 6 different faces.
Not sure about the blurs, but your cam outside seems to work fine and inside at times as well.
Again, I am with Connie.........what else did the medium relay to you?
And I love you kids! The baby kinda looks like my grandaughter LOL!

Wow, those are some bizarre images in those pics! And cute kids too! =) Some of them look pretty convincing. The first few are incredible, you can make out figures in them.

#13, I think "HoHo" likes your daughter.

#15, a vortex perhaps, or a fast moving... something.

#18, in front of the blinds behind the baby, I see someone in jeans and a flannel(?) shirt bent down toward the wall. Was someone really there? (according to pic #102, it is a real person? Looks transparent to me)

#20 is weird. It almost looks like a fog over the couch and pillow. Motion artifact perhaps? I have more to say later on in this post on the motion artifact-looking pics.

#36, I see a face in the mist, in the upper left corner of the picture.

#38, note the double-image of the doorknob. Looks like that "motion artifact" effect again.

#39, I got chills looking at this one! Creepy photo of a rather mean looking figure!

#41, I see 3 or 4 faces. I noticed the one in the upper right corner right away.

#43, looks like motion artifact effect to me, look at the sister's legs, they're blurry as if the camera moved. Also the daughter's head.

#45, re: your kids seeing dolphins, butterflies, etc. That's possibly the mind interpreting patterns in the mists that resemble these things. Much like seeing shapes in the clouds. Or maybe you have ghostly dolphins!? Never heard of such a thing before.

#55 - at first it looks like motion blur around the children, but I have some possible theories toward the end of this post... (if I remember to write it!) =) Oh, and there's a face behind the younger child!

#59 - ok this has to be a motion artifact or something, look at the reflection of the doorknob. Did you (or something) jerk the camera while the shutter was open?

#61 - "stuff wiggling in front of the camera?" I see motion blur in this one too, I wonder if the spirits are jerking the camera when you take these pics.

#62, motion blur effect again.

#63, this one is bizarre. There looks to be motion blur to the left of your daughter but nowhere else in the pic.

#65, I felt a chill when I saw that one. Looks like a figure with a hood or cloak. To the right I see something that almost looks like a woman wearing pink?

#75, creepy! Looks like a whitish-bluish face on the left.

#86, is that a figure in the lower center of the shot, or one of your children?

#101 (enhanced version of #55) I clearly see a (girl's) face behind the younger daughter!

Ok, techno-geek mode here for a second, on the pics that seem to show motion artifacts... on some (like #63) where the blur is just around one of the children, maybe the entity is somehow able to refract light like a lens and create a double image? On #59, it looks like the camera moved, or was moved, when the shutter was open. Look at the reflection of the doorknob, how it streaks up and to the left. The daughter and the items on the shelf to the right show the same blur in the same direction, as if the camera was jerked while the shutter was open. Did you feel anything touching you or the camera when you snapped the pic? Were you startled perhaps?

In any case, most of these pics are pretty convincing. Have you tried any other cameras, such as a film camera, to see if you get anything similar on it? You say it's cold in the room when you take these pics, which is a common indicator of paranormal activity.

ERRR. I just typed in whole big speel about many of the pics and impressions I got and suddenly everthing just wiped clean. I just started typing again, everything hightlighted and it went blank.

Has anyone noticed the same image in 3,44 and 45?
It's the same shape yet it's not humanoid.

You mention your babies talking about big faces/heads. I had similar hauntings when I was a child.

It get the feeling that the old man is an angry spirit. He wants something. And he's frustrated he is not getting it. I think he's trying to communicate with your children and he's not getting anywhere. The orange coloring I believe is depicting his emotional state.

All the ones you say are of the old lady have the same basic shape in them. That grayish arch.

Have you noticed the 'shadow' of the grey mist in picture 22. It seems to coincide with a lot of the double imaging.

Picture #55 is incredible. Your daughter is looking up at the image you caught on film. I don't think it's behind her. It's not a double of her face. It appears that it's of an adult woman. I also get the impression that it's communicating to your daughter.

It could be that the energy of these spirits or one in particular is distorting the images on the camera. Which would account for the double imaging that you said you were not causing and most of those double images are not identicle. If it was a double image caused by a problem with the camera or the operator they be more regular in the double images. Alot of the double images are not the same as the original.

Is there a history of psychic abilities in your family? Many children see things we don't but six is generally late for kids to still be seeing so much.
And your ability to capture these images is incredible. So many colors, shapes, images, on so many pictures. This suggests psychic ability. I would be surprised if you don't experience any (besides the ghosts).

I think your house has more than just the typical disembodied ghosties that go bump in the night. Some of them are your typical spirits that hang around but some of the images suggest that you have much energy in your house either from the space it occupies or from your family which has attracted many spirits.

I would love to visit your house and see what impressions I get.

You have an incredible collection of photos there.

Before you go off collecting EVPs or anything else I would suggest you be careful. It's always good to go with caution. Trying to communicate with them is directing energy and attention on them. You would very likely end up with much more activity.
Collecting EVPs on a ghostie or two has it's inherint potential problems but it seems like you have a lot of energy there. Please be cautious.
It all depends on what you want.

Ok, I didn't want to say anything before,cause there is nothing wrong w/my PC. Since Nakis experienced wierdness trying to comment I'll tell you about it.

Either there are alot of people in there when I've gone in to view the photos, or there are just too many...

I got kicked out of my isp 4 times trying to look at these pics. Which is odd, I'd look at 1 or 2 of them then my screen freezes & I can't even refresh the page. I've got alot of free megabytes too, since I reformatted.

Then even though the SpiritKeep window is still open when I right click on the photo page & hit close. Blam...I have to sign back into my isp...But I did get to look enough to say WoW!

If you put evps in somewhere maybe it will be in a less cluttered space?

Maybe its time to do a lil digging on the history of your place. How old is your house? Who lived there before you? Any historical events happen on or near your property? Do these spirits ever become physical, as in moving items, touching or poking? If you do EVPs I would love to hear what the old lady has to say. Maybe you should use a recorder with an A/C adapter so she can't drain the batteries. Do you have a camcorder that maybe you could set up and record sound and video of happenings say on a tripod or shelf? You could do this for six to eight hours by using dubbing cables from the camcorder to a VCR set on SLP Record. Would be interesting to find out what goes on while you guys sleep. Just make sure you use A/C current. Other wise you'll own stock in the Lil Pink Bunny and its Drum.

PS. Just a thought, as the others have mentioned warnings about trying to communicate with the spirits, why not just place a recorder in the areas while the children are "talking to" these spirits? As they have been doing so for some time, Then maybe nothing will seem out of the norm for the spirits.

thank you thank you .. for all the comments back - I have been so incredibly busy with life these days.... I want to answer some of the questions here, I did start a post the other night and I clicked out of it by mistake! I will post really soon! As soon as things calm down over here. Ok, all I have to say is WOW as well. Most of those pictures I could make out all the faces. As soon as I saw them I could make out the faces.....WOW again!
Seriously you should do some digging and find out who all lived in your house before you as well as what all was built on the land you house is now on. Please keep us posted as to what you find!

Did you delete your photo album? It say that no photo album was found. I was wanting to show them to a friend of mine to see what she thought of them and when I went to click the link that I what I got.
Also, have you taken anymore photos recently? If so are you going to post them as well?
