but am looking for some advise. We seem to have a spirit in our home. We do not wish to disrupt our home or our new friend just find out who/what this friend is. Any suggestions?

It would be best if you make a new thread in the Ghosts & Spirits forum to ask about your haunting. Be sure to include some background on what is happening in your home, etc.
