Nothing should allow an abuser to get away a crime. The state of California was certainly in deriliction of duty from the previous case.
Can we trust the state to follow through this time?

Thanx Nakis, but the cred. goes to Kell for turning me onto the court TV online web channel. I'd never have thought of it since I haven't had cable TV in years...I actually enjoy hunting for things online tho.
It takes my mind off all the Really important things I should be doing! Lol!

I think Jackson is really weird. I was hoping the justice system was going to possibly work this time, but looks like what we have all said it true.
If you have enough money to hire Geragos, or Shapiro, etc. And if you happen to just have any money period, they don't seem to live by our laws.
I always stand with your innocent until proven guilty. But the media frenzy, his high profile friends, the money? I firmly beleive the truth, either way, will never be told and he will just go back to Neverland and continue as he was.
Any normal adult, if accused of something like this, would stay away from children right? Jackson seems like he laughs at the law and he's above it.
I don't think it will ever go to trial and if it does I see an aqquital, due to his Pop Star image. Lots of money can change hands, sadly guilty or innocent so how will we ever know?
