Was just sitting here at my computer playing a game, Lil Bit (my dog) is laying next to me. I have the hallway light on outside my bedrrom .. and I happened to glance up and out of corner of my eye I saw something pass in front of my doorway... Lil Bit Looked up in that direction at the same time I did. Then she looked at me and laid back down. I am at the house alone for the first time in a long while. My wife is over at her grandparents again, and the kids are out doing school functions. Just me and the dogs and apparently something else. I grabbed my camera and went into the area I had seen whatever it was ... and snapped some pics... most of which I can't show because we aren't the best housekeepers and my wife would have a fit. But out of the 7 snapshots I took 3 had orbs. here is one over my wifes computer ... it was the strongest image the others which I think are the same orb .. were very dim. This one I was standing no more than 3 feet from this cabinet. The orb has a transparent spot at 11 oclock. (if you think of the orb as a clock face)

Let's see, working full time, raising kids, looking after ailing grandparents, looking for matched socks, birthing puppies and you still expect to keep a clean house? Talk to me when the stack on top of the monitor is about six inches thicker.
Seriously, I checked back on the last eight pages to see if you'd posted about experiencing anything in the house but unless you posted under someone else's thread, I didn't see anything. That's a good orb you've got there especially if it turned up in three different shots. Have you noticed anything in the house before? Since Lil Bit didn't seem too excited by it, I'm assuming it's something she's used to having around.

The only thing else I have ever noticed around here is on occaision when taking pics of my wife.. I will find an orb in the pics... but she says she attracks them. What caught my attention this time is I saw something large seemed to be about size of basket ball or larger pass from the bathroom to the dining room for a brief second passing in front of my open bedroom door. The object was bright white. And I caught it out of the corner of my eye. I looked at Lil Bit and she was looking out the door when a few seconds ago she had been sleeping. I just said to her "You saw it too, huh?" She looked at me and laid back down and I grabbed camera. This house was built in 1945 .. Over the years it has had several additions. The neighbor lady who has lived nextdoor a number of years says about eight or nine years ago there was a woman who lived here that got killed in a freak accident a few blocks away. She was driving her car down the street and out of the blue a tree fell on her car and crushed her. I don't know if this could be her or one of the numerous orbs from kims Grandparents place has followed us back home. After posting my last post I had to turn on the TV to ad a lil noise to the quiet house. I guess I am better at going elsewhere to photograph orbs and such ... just not real fond of being alone with them in my own home LOL. Evidently Miracle did not see this tonight, because he barks at his own shadow, balloons, clowns, and is scared of soap bubbles.

I just check the last eight pages in the ghost & spirits forum to see if you had initiated any stories about your house.
That's interesting about the woman that lived there previously, maybe it is her. I'm thinking that it's not something new because your dog didn't react to it other than just acknowledge it was there. If a stranger comes into the house, does Lil Bit bark or anything?

Most of the time she and Miracle go crazy if someone new comes in... and even someone familiar ... like my stepson... but I think they are just expressing their opinion of him, at least they can get away with it. He is the most self-centered blankety blank person I have ever known... but that is a whole other topic. Sometimes the dogs seem to bark for no aparent reason... but until now I have just passed that off as their hearing being better than mine. They can hear when someone is walking down the sidewalk in front of the house or a cat or oppossum is outside. But sometimes they run to the make shift doggy proof gate I put up to keep them in the back of the house, and bark like crazy when no one is there. I will snap pics next time this happens.
I had to put the doggy door up because they had found other ways of expressing their opinions of the stepson, and to cut down on the number of washing machine loads I put up the door. It was worth in in the water bill alone.
Here I am getting off topic again... sheesh.
What is here is probably not new, it's probably the first time I have ever had it peaceful enough in the house to notice it. My wife has a thing about having noise in the background going all the time. There has to be a tv or radio on all the time. A big adjustment for me since I like things quiet when I sleep. Last night was the quietest this house has been since we moved in last Jan. No radios no tv's only noise was the puppies whining occaisionally. I was not even dwelling on the paranormal things when I saw this white glowing shape pass in from of my door, My first thought was one of the kids had come home early, but I did not hear a sound. When they come in they have to open the doggy door to get into the back part of the house. The doggy door has screendoor hinges, the loud springy squeaky kind. There is no way to open this door quietly.
No one can enter the house through the back door to the house because it empties out into the Privacy fenced backyard and the gate is locked from the inside. I have seen other things in the past long ago before I really started getting into the ghost thing... like seeing something or somebody out of my perifrial? (spelling) vision only to turn and nobody be there... I would always pass it off as my mind playing tricks on me. But now knowing the things I do now about the exsistence of spirits ... once I believed no such thing, I take each strange episode with a lil more inquisitiveness.
