Hello everyone. I haven't really been keeping up with this site, but my other half, grumpieone has. She has been telling me about some of the stories being posted, and it sounded like I needed to sign up. Some of these posts sound very familiar to me. It's like reliving similar situations.
Anyway, I started to get into ghosts and spirits and paranormal activties about five or six years ago. I've always been interested in this sort of stuff. That is until strange things started happening to me. I started to feel, sence, and here things that we're not supposed to. I can't explain it, but for awhile there it was really messing with me. I don't know if it was because I was severely depressed or what. I finally realized, after talking with some friends who saw it, that I had someone looking out for me. My mother, who died in a car accident in 86. After I had some health complications, that's when things started.

Okay, so I believe you. It is a cool place.

My mother may be gone in body, but she's still here in spirit. I'm okay with it. I used to take it hard, for a long time, but not anymore. They say that it takes some kind of traumatic experience for some psychic abilities to kick in. I think that it's true. In my life time I've had several. A coma, when I was six and found out I had Diabetes, and some of it's complications. Blindness, and s stroke, which I've been through. My parents divorce when I was young. And other things I can't really talk about, not very pretty.
I have picked up something. Not sure exactly what, but it's there. Is there any proof to this?

Hey Dragon, you might want to repost your question in the All Things Psychic forum so more folks will see it. (Since this is just the introductions forum. [Wink] )

I do believe that though... it seems my own psychic abilities increased after illness and it wasn't until I was in my mid-late twenties. I've hear the same from others.

Hi Dragon! It's nice to meet you. I'm sorry to hear that you have had to go through as much as you have. Although, I truly believe that everything happens for a reason and all the events that have taken place in your life have made you the person you are today and gave you a little push in our direction. [Wink] With that said, I welcome you to SpiritKeep and hope that you enjoy your stay!
