When my wife had our last child a daughterthis was 18 years ago. She told one of the doctors of a NDE, she told him (and me some time after) of a bright light and some people that she could not make out properly, and a voice saying that she was not ready, that she must go back.
She continued telling the doctor that she felt peace that she did not want to come back. But due to the forces at work she had no choice she awoke in a room with a few doctors and nurses doing there thing.
Apparantly she almost lost her life on the table whilst giving birth and the doctors was having problems with all of it.
In the end she was of course o.k The doctor told her he could not rule a NDE out because of the room she was in at the time (no real hard light) but the doctor told her of other patients having other NDE. He kept an open mind but told her not to tell others because NDE was not exactly in the top ten of things, but to some doctors it was slolw being accepted as being possible.
To this day she will tell me of that day, and after all these years she is glad she wasnt allowed to go forward into the light.
She has learn from that experience and is happy for it.
But now she knows for certain that there is more on the other side. She has no fear of dying.
I also feel this as I to belive in NDE as to be real and not some part of the brain that goes into this mode, making us belive in NDE as not real.
For my honest opinion I firmly belive that this flesh and blood that we are is o.k to keep healthy and clean but we should also keep the spiritual side of things healthy and clean.
I think this will help when we eventualy cross over.
As I say this is just my opinion and nothing more.
