I have been lucid dreaming for a very long time. I am having a problem with recalling the fascinating information. Most of the time I am reading from books that I do not know if they exist. Most of the time they are in English, but at other times the language is Hebrew or the original Greek. Does anybody have a suggestion on how I can write down this stuff in order to recall it. I would like to think that it is some kind of message. I wish I could photograph the pages. Thanx

Hi!
Keeping a journal and writing in it, as much as you can remember helps. Sometimes, in time, all the peices fit together.
Just keep the journal by your bed and first thing jot down all you can remember from your lucid dream.
Take care,

I agree with Peg, make it a habit to write down what you can remember every morning. And it usually helps (for me, at least) not to hurry too much in writing it down. Just lie in bed with your eyes closed and try to stay in the dream, sort of re-living what you just dreamt, repeating it in your mind. Don’t try so hard that you ”lock” yourself into the problem, try to relax.
Good luck!

Connie made the suggestion of a mini tape recorder to me once, cause my 2 cats would never give me a shot at writing when they are campaigning for breakfast. That seems like a good idea as well. =) Good Luck!

Welcome to SpiritKeep Tom =) I agree with the others, keep a dream journal by your bed and see if that helps. It sure has helped me recently.

I also wanted to remind you to stop by our introductions forum so our other members can meet you too. Nice to have you with us!
