I am just finishing a book called "Witch Child" by Celia Rees. It is a wonderful book. It was written for teens on up. It is a story, written as the diary of this girl Mary Newberry who flee's from the English witch-hunts and then settles in a American colony in the 1600's with puritans. I have not been pulled in so fast by a book in years. I highly reccommend it. The descriptions and the way the book is written is fantastic. There is a sequel also called "Sorceress" I'll be starting that later today
