Last night I went to bed a little early, everbody had been sick all week at our house. As I was falling asleep, not quite there but in that lucid almost asleep stage I saw the face of the missing girl Carlie in Florida, It was just her face, but then it started slowly degenerate to a skull. That really disturbed me, I had been thinking about her all day and hoping they would find her okay. Then when I got to work this morning I saw on cnn.com that they found her body. I was and am heartbroken for her and her family beyond words. Now I wonder if I had some kind of vision the she was indeed gone. I know she couldnt of decomposed to the state of my vision, but I still feel I may have had a vision from her or somehow regarding that she was gone. I cant get her out of my mind and Im devestated that It turned out like this for her. My family on my mothers side have had dreams and visions before that have come to pass, this was very sad for me.

Don't worry too much about it GFQ. Many people have visions of things they cannot help.
I believe that at least some of the time we just tie into what is and see something of it.
Boy that was obtuse.
What I am trying to say is that we all have psychic abilities. We sometimes make a connection to something that is beyond our normal senses ability.
Most of the time we can do nothing about it.

Look to the positive side of it. You did make that connection. It means you psychic abilities are working.

I've had visions of bad things to come. But I try not to let it influence me to become apacolyptical or defeatest. Instead I work to influence the political system to hopefully a better outcome.

It sounds like your mind brought into focus the truth. Maybe 'cause you thought about her all day, somehow what you knew to be true manifested in front of your minds eye.
Or, perhaps she wanted to let you know it's time to let go. Either way, I've had very similiar experiences, & I feel for you. The worst part was that I felt powerless to do anything about it. (((Hugs)))
It's so sad about her, she was so young. I hope they catch the guy. Hopefully it helps to hear that your not the only one, & unfortunately it wasn't in your means to have helped her.

Hi Queen! That must have been scary to have a vision like that only to realize that it had actually come to pass. I have to agree with both Nakis and Hallow. You had said that you were really thinking a lot about Carlie, maybe that was her way of letting you know that it was over. Or maybe you had sensed without even realizing it that something bad had happened and that is the way your sub-conscious played it out for you. I don't think I really said anything differently then what has already been stated...just put it into different words.

I think it's such an unfortunate event, and was SO hoping that they would find her alive. Although when they had said that the guy they arrested wasn't talking, I got the feeling that it wasn't going to be good. My heart goes out to her family and friends.

((((GFQ)))) I know things like that can be disturbing, but I think you probably tapped into the universe, so to speak, without realizing it.

I feel very bad for Carlie and her family. At least they've got the suspect and if he's indeed responsible, I hope he's swiftly punished.

Ever had a friend or co-worker that you were so in tune with that you could finish their sentences or answer their questions before they were asked? It's possible that this is what happened with the Brucia girl. Just out of idle curiosity though, the girl's abductor had several tattooes. I wonder if any of them were skulls or had skull motifs? Maybe she was trying to tell you not only that she was gone but trying to tell you who did it? it would be interesting to know.
