Hi guys. This is a pic I stumbled across while looking for interesting places of the haunted variety to check out on a Trip I was planning to Cleveland, Ohio. This place is called the Franklin Castle and is I believe located right in the city. The info I got from the website was that a new owner has been restoring this place and some time in the last year I believe there was a vagrant that was staying there and he started a fire in the place. They have been redoing those improvements etc.I noticed the figure in the window right away and told my freind to look as well. We were talking on messenger about the trip and researching places when I came across this. I told her to look and tell me what she saw. She noticed it right away also. Its even clear when you zoom in. I dont think they intended to capture a ghost . I think they were just taking a pic of the house.
