Hiya souls =)
I'm goin to a castle and an abby... I know the castle is haunted and I think the abby is most likely haunted to...
Castle is 'Farnham Castle' and abby is 'Waverly Abby' (sp) Anyhow I'm takin my Sony Digital vid cam and woz wonderin wot is the best camera settins for gettin ghost/s on video? I know for photos many say use Kodak 400 film... Sumfin to do wiv higher speeds mean better chances... So would usin the highest frame rate increase my chances of gettin sumfin like a full bodied apparition on digital video? Cos havin a full bodied ghost on tape and movin would be kinda cool =)

The odds of getting a full body apparition on film is slim to none, but you'll likely catch some orbs, if they're around.

For stills, it's best to use a flash, since it illuminates the orbs. For video, if your camera has the Nightshot mode, give it a try. Also try a video light, if you have one.

I have to second everything that Kevin has said.

You'll most likely capture some orb photos, maybe even some echto. But your chances of capturing a full bodied apparition aren't very good. Not that it can't happen, but the other two phenomena are much more common.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.
