Well, ever since we've moved into our new house, there's always been something just a little strange about the basement stairwell. I can't look down their without getting a very uneasy feeling, and being in he stairwell or at he bottom of the stairs makes me very anxious to get out. It feels like there is not only someone watching you, but someone following you as you go back up. It's not like that in the rest of the basement just there. Our dogs have even sat at the top of the stairs, something they never do, barking, growling, and "gaurding" the rest of the family.

So tonight, I was playing around with my camera, and I happen to look down there. It was very dark, and I couldn't see anything, so I decided to wait until I got that uneasy feeling again and take a picture, figuring the flash would light everything up. Well...I didn't expect anything to come of it, but here's the picture. Does it look like anything to any of you? (I took another picture a minute later in the same location and the orb-looking thing was gone)

Although orbs in pictures can sometimes be caused by dust near the camera lens, the fact that you feel uneasy in the steirwell, plus the fact that you caught a single orb (while dust usually causes many to appear) leads me to believe that you have something lingering in that stairwell, and that the orb in the pic is genuine.

Maybe you should look up the history of the house, to find out if something happened there in the past. Maybe see if you can get EVP too.

I would say thats definetely a orb. Have you treid setting up a video cam or a as Kevinp suggested a EVP? You definetely have something there.
